Speedplay Events is one of the only companies in Asia to offer high end, tailored coaching solutions for busy professionals & those seeking to “climb their Everest,” in addition to running corporate triathlon programs. The coaching team is headed up by Claire Murray, Hong Kong’s top female triathlete and currently ranked in the world top 50 over the Ironman distance, however her sporting career didn’t start that way. In five years, she has transformed herself from an overweight rugby player to an elite level triathlete in both Olympic & Ironman events.

She enjoys working with small groups or individuals wishing to make a step forward in their fitness or achieve a new goal, regardless of their experience or current fitness level. Claire prepares weekly programs for most clients to ensure each session they do has a purpose and is helping them work towards achieving their goals. Most clients in Asia have limited time to train or think about what session they should be doing next, so by getting programs sent to them, they don’t waste a minute of time. The programs are often supplemented by one-on-one or group training sessions to help Claire provide tips and technique advice, assess improvements in fitness and monitor how the training program is working.

Current clients range from complete beginners with no prior experience in swimming, cycling or running to triathletes or runners who wish to step up to Ironman events or ultra-running. Claire guarantees sessions to be fun, focused, hard work & get results, so get ready to surprise yourself…………motivation to work out will be a thing of the past.
Claire also works with companies who wish to encourage their staff to get healthy and fit or run client corporate entertaining programs. Wining and dining clients has become a little old hat……..why not offer your clients something that they will remember and thank you for years to come. Achieving what seems like an unachievable goal can be very life changing and working in a corporate group has shown to develop new levels of camaraderie both within an organization but also across within their client base. Corporate programs can be completely tailored and based around preparation for a race or event or to simply encourage staff to get fit in a group environment.
Sessions can incorporate any of the below areas:

• Running sessions – aerobic running, track sessions, drills/technique.
• Cycling sessions – trainer sessions, aerobic cycling, technique & strength work.
• Swimming sessions – aerobic swim, interval, technique work & open water.
• Multi-sport, fun events.
• Gym – cardio, strength & flexibility work.
• Nutrition – sport related nutrition strategies, weight loss & healthy eating plans.
• Race schedule planning and goal setting.
• Tailored weekly training programs.
